How to open the box:

The boxes of 2G/4G devices open in the same order. The unopened packaging has 3 tabs to secure the closure, of which tab 1 is not glued, tabs 2+3 are secured by a transparent label. The opening order is tab 1, then tab 2, and finally tab 3.

How to activate the service

First, you need to pair the Connectini 2G/4G device in the application, using the add car button. You only need to add it once – using any of the 2 QR codes on the device. To activate the service, after successful pairing, you need to plug the Connectini 2G/4G device into the OBDII connector of your car. When plugging it in for the first time, park it in a place where there is a reliable signal. It is best to be outdoors. With the engine off (ignition off), plug the Connectini 2G/4G device into the OBDII connector of your car. There is only one way to plug it in, you can’t mess it up. After plugging it in, wait about 1 minute, then start the engine and use your car as usual. The Connectini 2G/4G device automatically downloads the manufacturer-specific settings of the car from our servers in the first few minutes of starting to use the car, after which the full range of data that can be extracted from the specific model will be available.

Where is the OBDII connector?
